I was at the end of the road in trying to find a treatment for my constant headaches and migraines when a friend suggested Simon. After just one appointment I had my first pain free day in 3 months. In my second appointment I cried because I was just so happy, telling Simon of the changes in my headaches. I didn’t think anyone could help me and I was destined for a life on strong medication but in the last 3 months I’ve had only 1 migraine. It’s honestly life altering… I have my life back! I’m back to work, not on any medication and looking forward to life again! Cannot recommend enough! Just wish I’d know about him sooner.

I would highly recommend Simon! I was in so much pain when I first went to him, that no matter if I was sitting, standing on lying flat. There was no relief from the pain. I had started to think, that this was going to be permanent. I went to see Simon at short notice. My view was if he could help just a little, that would be good. After a few visits, I was able to move around without pain and I am now so much better. We were at the time moving house, so sadly he is not anywhere near where we now live. I am so grateful, thank you Simon.

Simon has relieved my back and neck pain a number of times. Even after the first visit the pain relief was incredible. A couple of follow up visits realigned my spine.

During training for my first marathon i started to experience pain in my lower back and hip area. Previously I'd always had a sports massage or visited a physiotherapist but not really had much success. The first time i had a treatment from Simon i could instantly feel more mobile and was able to get back to my training.

My first appointment with him was because my back had gone into a muscular spasm and I was due to get on a long-haul flight the next day. I could barely walk let alone sit on an aeroplane for ten hours.
Miraculously, following one treatment with him the improvement was such that I did get on the flight and enjoyed a very good holiday free of pain.
Since then, I have continued regular treatment with Simon which keeps my back healthy and enables me to lead a physically active life.

Whilst treating my condition Simon helped me to better understand the structure of my shoulder and this in turn helped me to better understand how to avoid further agitation.

Simon is awesome. My back 'goes' about once a year and I know that visiting Simon will sort it out, usually in one session. I visited in Feb/March 2021 with a trapped sciatic nerve (extremely painful!), after one session it felt so much better and after a second it was perfect. I have been going to Simon for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
