I'm Simon Palmer, a registered osteopath in Chichester with more than 35 years' experience helping people move more comfortably and get back to doing the things they love.
Whether that's padel, golf, gardening, walking, running, the gym or simply getting through the working day comfortably, my approach is practical, individual and focused on getting you moving again.
From a sudden painful back to stiffness that's been hanging around for months, we'll work out what's going on and what we can do to get you moving comfortably again.
Neck stiffness, restricted movement, recurring neck pain and some headaches can respond well to osteopathic treatment.
You don't have to be an elite athlete to want to stay active. If pain or stiffness is getting between you and the things you enjoy, let's see if we can change that.
No two people β or problems β are exactly the same.
I'll listen to what's bothering you, examine how your body is moving and tailor your treatment to what I find.
Treatment may include joint mobilisation, soft-tissue techniques, stretching and other osteopathic techniques, together with straightforward advice about movement and exercise.
The aim isn't simply to treat where it hurts.
It's to help you move better, feel better and get back to living your life.
You don't need to undress for treatment.
Please come wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing or activewear that allows you to move freely.
Come as you are. Keep your clothes on. Let's get you moving.
